Choose Elisa Netti Plus when you want a steady internet connection to your company's office or business site. If you need internet for more demanding needs, such as to data centers, choose Elisa Netti Pro.

Netti Plus is suitable for both small and large companies. You can use it, for example:

As a stable internet connection at the office. Your employees can make video calls and use various cloud services with a good internet connection – and work efficiently.
As a versatile internet connection for your business premises. The Netti Plus subscription offers an internet connection that can be used for a store or restaurant’s payment traffic and alarm system, for example. In addition, your employees can use the same internet connection on your business premises when they take orders from customers on a tablet or via a cash register.

What does the Netti Plus subscription include?

A reliable internet connection at a good speed: The Netti Plus subscription is available at a variety of speeds and technologies. Depending on your location, your company will be offered the most suitable option – either fibre optic, VDSL, mobile or property switch technology.
Easy implementation: A router will be installed on the customer’s premises by an expert from Elisa.
Active monitoring of the network: The network is actively managed and network disruptions are prevented in advance.
Fault repair for subscriptions: The service includes a repair warranty for faults. It is possible to increase the service level (for example, longer service hours).
One fixed public IP address: More addresses can be obtained as an additional service.

Netti Plus additional services

Increased level of service (SLA): By default, the service hours for fault repair are from Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm and any faults will be fixed within 24 service hours. Increased service levels make it possible to extend the service hours to evenings and weekends, or to reduce the target time for fault repairs to six hours, for example.
Increasing the number of public IP addresses: As an additional service, more fixed public addresses are available for the customer.
Mobile backup connection: If the fibre or copper cable used for the subscription is cut off, the data communications automatically switch to a backup connection based on Elisa’s 4G or 5G network.
Express delivery: The typical delivery time is approximately three weeks. As an express delivery, the subscription can be delivered in roughly a week.

Centralised firewall: A firewall is necessary to ensure information security. Elisa’s centralised firewall service provides cover from Elisa’s data centres without needing to place any additional equipment in the customer’s facilities.
IPv6: Version 6 of the IP protocol is a next-generation data communications policy that enables almost an unlimited number of public IPv6 addresses.
WLAN in the router: Wireless base stations (Wi-Fi) enable workstations to connect to the router wirelessly.
SNMP reading rights: If the customer has their own network monitoring software, the customer can read data related to data communications directly from the router.

Netti Pro is a customisable internet subscription for more demanding needs. The internet subscription is a package that works seamlessly with your company’s business, supporting your company’s processes and systems optimally. With active 24/7 monitoring, we take care of network stability and high utilisation rate.

You should choose a Netti Pro subscription, for example, in the following situations:

Internet connections for a larger business site. Internet Pro has the capacity to meet very high needs and can be connected to a company’s local area network, corporate network and data security services.
A business-critical IT environment. For example, in data centres and factories, it is important that the network keeps working without interruptions.
Active content production for the internet. For example, media houses publish plenty of new online content all the time, and an adequate internet capacity is needed to keep up with this.

What does the Netti Pro subscription include?

Customisable network: We implement the internet subscription to meet the customer’s needs.
High speeds: We use fibre optics and other fast technologies. The Netti Pro subscription is symmetrical in nature, resulting in the same data transfer speed in both directions.
Active 24/7 network monitoring: We take care of network problems proactively.
Fault repair for the subscription: The service includes a repair warranty for any faults affecting the internet subscription. It is possible to increase the service level to include 24/7 service.
One fixed public IP address: More addresses can be obtained as an additional service. IP Transit type deliveries are also possible if the customer has operator-independent public IP addresses.

IPv6: Version 6 of the IP protocol is a next-generation data communications policy that enables almost an unlimited number of public IPv6 addresses.
BGP routing: Dynamic routing can be determined between Elisa’s and the customer’s routers.
Gold Class (Elisa VoIP): For certain voice applications, it is possible to define a quality level for IP traffic that guarantees a high quality of voice transmission. The service is only available when both ends of the traffic are in Elisa’s network.
SNMP reading rights: If the customer has their own network monitoring software, the customer can read data related to data communications directly from the router.
Alarm message: An SMS message will be sent to the customer’s mobile phone if Elisa’s network monitoring loses contact with the router in the customer’s premises.
Transit-type delivery: If the customer has their own operator-independent IP addresses, the Netti Pro subscription can be delivered as a Transit subscription, where the parties exchange routing information dynamically. The Transit interface does not include a client router, but the interface is at the end of the fibre. One application is Multihoming implemented by the customer, which uses the internet capacity of two different operators.
